Here is 4 messages I received last week from 0403 353 461

1.The wisteria has died and now the truck company has died. Now what are you going to do for future cashflow. Like I said before get a real job and stop preying on the gullable. Without prejudice of course.

2. Before I left Macklins I watched you manipulate rick to benefit only you and when I returned to see what you fucked up I cannot understand your need to be paid what you believe you are due. You are due and worth nothing so crawl back under your rock.

3. You cant spell or add dumb arse. What will you get if Rick dies.

Mobile Phone Messages to and from 0403353461 and 0422655768 on the 23 March 2010

• Considering I sent this letter via email to only a few people at 9.10am on the 23-03-2010 (3 years with no success of a return call, text or email turned into success in 1 hour) the mobile number with no signature 0403353461 - Looking at the details contained within the messages received from 0403353461 indicates to me that these are words of a female unless of course this particular male likes to think ????

• It must be extremely frustrating when one sends many texts in a desperate attempt to get money and when that fails one visits a sick man and serves a notice that has already been served. One would perceive that to be a very poor attempt of intimidation, can I suggest that when you post information on a blog site you must at least be accurate with your information and please use spell check because your grammar is embarrassing in closing you do seem very desperate and if you urgently require money then get a job

[for your information I do have a job and regarding your comment 'desperate attempt to get monies' - get it right, desperate attempt for the truth and I will reveal it. Here is the original summons against me with the outcome of your team ordering the TRIAL and then Richard Macklin  withdrawing the complete claim 3 days before the trial date - not only a bluff and a big waste of time for all parties but at a cost to me of $28,000.00 to date]
