Considering I sent this letter via email to only a few people at 9.10am on the 23-03-2010 (3 years with no success of a return call, text or email turned into success in 1 hour)the mobile number with no signature0403353461 - Looking at the details contained within the messages received from 0403353461indicates to me that these are words of a female unless of course this particular male likes to think ????

It must be extremely frustrating when one sends many texts in a desperate attempt to get money and when that fails one visits a sick man and serves a notice that has already been served. One would perceive that to be a very poor attempt of intimidation, can I suggest that when you post information on a blog site you must at least be accurate with your information and please use spell check because your grammar is embarrassing in closing you do seem very desperate and if you urgently require money then get a job

No not annoying at all. I am not playing games so like I said you are more than Welcome to message, chat ect - I would like to know who I am talking too.
Do you honestly think i wanted to go through all the effort in setting up all these blogs. Do you think i enjoy exposing people to certain factual scenarios. Well the answer is no but who ever you are you must understand that a third party claim was placed against me which cost me a lot of time and money to defend only for it all to be one big bluff. It is in my right to counter sue and your side has asked me to remove a caveat that is my protection and Ricks to an extent. All I have asked for is for Gemma Jim and Rick to please ring me and organize a time to all meet so that we can discuss and maybe reach a point were both parties mutually agree on a settlement. I even told Gemma that I am willing to sign any agreement upon us mutually agreeing on a settlement. What more can i do as not once has any one of them taken any notice.

The day is Wednesday the 24 March 2010 - I am informing you that at 12.17pm i changed the permissions on my server for the domain name www.leonclarencemacklin.com from 600 to 755 in order to allow my solicitor to access the files on the internet within as he requires some file information being attached to the said domain name.
