• Please view the following blog as to here are the well documented reasons in addition to the reason given on the day being May 20, 2008 for registering the caveat with number 10962142 on the said client lease being business lease number 9431430

•  I would appreciate if the concerned can under no circumstance allow the removal of the above caveat until either the matter is sort in court [ Action 2246 District Court ]or a mutual agreement is made between the Plaintiff being Mr Debono and the Defendant being Richard Macklin.

I will have to dig up the dates but I had chq book authority for a period of 6 months up untill the point where rick required a loan theirfore leon gave him the loan but as a precaution asked for me to be removed as signitory - roughly 4 weeks later Rick gave me back full authority as a single signitory. ????

• Considering I sent this letter via email to only a few people at 9.10am on the 23-03-2010 (3 years with no success of a return call, text or email turned into success in 1 hour) the mobile number with no signature 0403353461 - Looking at the details contained within the messages received from 0403353461 indicates to me that these are words of a female unless of course this particular male likes to think ????

• It must be extremely frustrating when one sends many texts in a desperate attempt to get money and when that fails one visits a sick man and serves a notice that has already been served. One would perceive that to be a very poor attempt of intimidation, can I suggest that when you post information on a blog site you must at least be accurate with your information and please use spell check because your grammar is embarrassing in closing you do seem very desperate and if you urgently require money then get a job

[for your information I do have a job and regarding your comment 'desperate attempt to get monies' - get it right, desperate attempt for the truth and I will reveal it. Here is the original summons against me with the outcome of your team ordering the TRIAL and then Richard Macklin  withdrawing the complete claim 3 days before the trial date - not only a bluff and a big waste of time for all parties but at a cost to me of $28,000.00 to date]
